Trey Tumlin

Trey Tumlin is an associate at Rise Property Group. Trey is an industrial expert, specializing in highly demanded small-bay suites in affluent Atlanta suburbs. His unique skill set allows him to be highly reactive to the changing market conditions, setting area records for industrial rent in Cumming, Lawrenceville, and Smyrna.
Trey joined the team after several positions at Lee & Associates. During his time there, he focused on projects involving industrial, flex and office properties in the greater Atlanta area. His work included generating reports on market activity, pulling comps, and lease negotiation among other activities. Along with his background, he also brings experience from the industrial development side having worked with ARCO Design/Build, working on-site to bring a 300k SF industrial building to completion near Spaghetti Junction along the I-85 corridor.
Trey is an Atlanta native where he attended The Walker School and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where he majored in Real Estate. As an involved member of Pi Sigma Epsilon at the University of Georgia, Trey gained a unique grasp on marketing and negotiation through local, and national level marketing and negotiation competitions. During his four years there, he also became an involved member of the Athens community, as a marketing committee member of Relay for Life and a philanthropy committee member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity – Mu Chapter. In addition, Trey was also a member of the Terry Real Estate society.
As a respected Eagle scout hailing from Troop 444 in Marietta, Georgia, Trey looks forward to serving his clients and the local community as he continues to build relationships within the real estate industry.
