• Caden Herring is a Managing Director at Rise Property Group and a commercial real estate professional with over 250+ completed transactions in four years. He specializes in industrial and retail landlord representation, as well as tenant site selection and contract negotiation, serving clients mainly throughout the Atlanta MSA.
• Caden graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor’s degree, where he also contributed to the football program’s success during two Ivy League Championship seasons. Prior to entering commercial real estate, he worked in Excess and Surplus Lines insurance at a brokerage firm in New York, developing a strong foundation in contract negotiation, risk analysis, and policy review.
