Within the last year, Henry County has generated $109 million of investments from at least 10 new projects and expansions, which have generated over 1,000 jobs. Prime examples include Home Depot’s Supply Chain Operations and Zinus USA, Inc. Zinus USA, Inc. a rapidly growing e-commerce furniture and mattress international company. In 2019, Henry County initiated plans for a 465-acre mixed-use project called Reeves Creek, a $90 million investment, which would provide exceptional retail, restaurants, office, and residential spaces.
