Jared joined Rise Property Group alongside Jason Chaliff soon after the company was founded and helped Rise establish their first satellite office in Atlanta. Jared is a Director at Rise Property Group and has deep experience in investment sales, land sales, tenant-representation, and landlord-representation on both a local and national level. As a driving force behind the firm’s growth and success, Jared has become and remains one of the top producers at Rise Property Group. He continues to help grow the company’s presence in the Southeast commercial real estate market.
As a long-time Atlanta native, Jared brings considerable market knowledge to the table along with years of industry experience working and representing local & national developers, REITS, tenants, and property ownership groups.
Throughout his career, Jared has represented numerous national tenants including Popeyes, iHop, American Freight, Meineke, Auto Glass Now, Chando’s Tacos, and several others. Jared has also been involved in over $50,000,000 in commercial transactions.
He graduated from The University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance and a certificate in Legal Studies. Outside of work, Jared enjoys helping others break into the commercial real estate industry and practicing Yoga.
