Josh Blanke

Josh is an Associate at Rise Property Group. An Atlanta native from Dunwoody, Josh graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a BBA in Real Estate. He also studied at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, where he completed coursework in finance and economics.
Through his real estate studies and internships, Josh gained experience in market analysis, property valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis. He understands the financial and market factors that influence commercial property decisions.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys golf, fitness, following sports, and spending time with friends and family.
