Nathan Sayers graduated from Florida State University’s College of Business with a degree in Marketing.

Before getting into commercial real estate, he worked as a Regional Business Manager for Zaffiri Precision, covering a five-state territory across the Southeast. He was responsible for building dealer relationships, growing the company’s presence in new markets, and driving sales through consistent outreach and face-to-face meetings. That experience gave him a strong foundation in negotiation, business development, and working directly with clients.

Nathan also spent time on the marketing side of the business, managing email campaigns and supporting digital initiatives tied to product launches and revenue goals. He brings a straightforward, relationship-focused approach to brokerage and focuses on creating long-term value for his clients.
