About Me

Jason is a Managing Director with nearly a decade of commercial real estate brokerage and lending experience. Prior to founding Rise Property Group, Jason served as a commercial real estate broker for Shane Investment Property Group and also worked for Wells Fargo and BB&T as a commercial lender.

Early in his career, Jason discovered he was adept at structuring commercial loan transactions. As the years progressed, he continued to sharpen his skills in packaging deals for investors, operators, and developers. During his banking career, he served as a lead underwriter and relationship manager, underwriting over $500 million in transactions. As Jason refined his expertise in real estate investment transactions, he became an effective problem-solver; learning how to confidently tackle the most complex issues while keeping clients satisfied and engaged.

While at Shane, Jason was their highest producing junior advisor, closing over $15 million in transactions. He diligently guided clients through numerous sale and purchase transactions, solving complex issues in order to achieve positive outcomes for his clients.

Jason is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where he majored in Real Estate. Furthering his knowledge in finance and real estate, he obtained his MBA from Emory University’s Goizeuta Business School. Jason continues to be involved with Goizueta Business School, serving as a fellow in the Center for Alternative Investments. He is a lifelong Georgia Bulldog fan and an aspiring Jeopardy contestant.
