David Evans

David is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where he earned his degree in Real Estate. During his time at UGA, he actively participated in the Terry Real Estate Society, gaining valuable insights into the industry while also balancing a full-time role as a Crew Lead at Topdawg Junk Removal.
Before joining Rise, David sharpened his analytical skills as a Data Analyst in the revenue department of an appraisal management company. His passion for real estate runs deep, inspired by his father’s work as a realtor and house flipper. Additionally, David has successfully managed a TNT Fireworks stand for the past nine years.
Outside of work, David is an avid Chicago sports fan who loves watching his favorite teams. He also enjoys playing pickleball and spending quality time with his girlfriend.
